Early Life
In Telangana (then Andhra Pradesh), Nagalla was born in Sathupalli to Venkateswara Rao and Vishnu Priya. Her parents are businessmen, and the family moved to Hyderabad to pursue her education . After completing her B.Tech at Raja Mahendra College of Engineering, Ibrahimpatnam, she worked for Infosys before pursuing a career in film.
Career
While working, Nagalla was nominated for Best Actress at the SIIMA Short Film Awards for her role in Shaadi. Later, she auditioned for and was selected for the 2019 biographical Mallesham with Priyadarshi. The film credits her with her birth name Anusha Nagalla. Nagalla took time off from work to prepare for the role. Her performance as Mallesham’s wife Padma is excellent, according to The Indian Express critic Murali Krishna CH.
