The Marked Heart plot
This film tells Simon, a man who recently lost his wife, Valeria, in a deadly car accident, and Zacarias, whose fiancée, Camila, suffers a heart attack on their wedding day.
To find a donor for Camila’s heart, Zacarias trusts an organ trafficking organization. Fortunately for him, they succeed, leaving Camila alive, but this was only possible because they had kidnapped and killed Valeria first. This is what motivates Simon to seek revenge. Camila, the woman who received his wife’s heart, complicates his vow of vengeance when he falls in love with her.
