Abigail Cowen was born 18 March 1998 in Gainesville, Florida, United States, and her nickname is Abbey. She is the daughter of Andrew Cowen and Leslie Cowen. Dawson Cowen is her only sibling. As a child, she became interested in acting. She also took acting lessons. She graduated from Oviedo High School. She studied Public Relations at the University of Florida and then moved to Los Angeles, California in 2016 to pursue her acting career.
Career
She began her acting career as a guest star in RED BANK SOCIETY at the age of 17. During the second season of Netflix’s Stranger Things, she played Vicky Carmichael. She played Mia Tanner in the wisdom of the crowd from 2017 to 2018.
She played Eliza Hunter in the four episodes of The Fosters season 5 in 2018.
