Anchilee Scott-Kemmis was born to an Australian mother and a Thai father. Prior to moving to Australia to pursue her bachelor’s degree, she spent her entire childhood and teenage years in Thailand. In terms of culture and values, she considers herself more of a Thai than a balanced bilingual.
2. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology
Anchilee Scott-Kemmis graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology before returning to Thailand. Her answers during the Miss Universe Thailand contest were praised for their combination of what she studied and her personal experience.
3. She is a plus-size model
Anchilee Scott-Kemmis was mainly active as a plus-size model in Thailand prior to this major achievement. In Thailand, she is featured in various publications and campaigns for clothing brands.
4. In high school, she participated in three sports
The beauty queen wasn’t your average varsity player. In fact, Anchilee Scott- Kemmis was captain of three sports teams, including volleyball, basketball, and softball. As part of Thailand’s national team selection, she also played for the team.
