1. The famous and much talked about house named “Xanadu 2.0” took 7 years and $63 million (405,93,29,400.00 INR) to get built. Made in the area of 66,000 square feet, the home is huge and it’s loaded to the brim with high-tech details.
2. Xanadu 2.0 is an ‘earth-sheltered’ house and uses its natural surroundings to avoid heat loss and regulate temperature more efficiently.
3. An amount of $80,000 (51,53,200.00 INR) has been spent on computer screens around the house. Anyone can make the screens display their favourite paintings or photographs with just a button click, which are stored on devices worth $150,000 (96,62,250.00 INR).
4. The 60-feet pool in its own separate 3900-square-feet building has an underwater music system. People in the pool can swim under a glass wall to come up to a terrace area on the outside. There’s also a locker room with four showers and two baths.
5. There’s a trampoline room with a 20-feet ceiling. The exercise facilities take total of 2500 square feet and also include a sauna, steam room, and separate men’s and women’s locker rooms.

13. According to the King County public assessor’s office, the property is worth $124.99 million (805,32,05,692.00 INR) as of this year. Gates purchased the lot for $2 million in 1988. As per public filing, he paid $1,080,443.17 (6,96,13,817.80 INR) in property taxes in 2016.
